What is extruded polyurethane profile?

According to molecular structure, polyurethane can be classified as thermoset polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). Thermoset polyurethane usually performs better in tear strength, tensile strength and abrasion loss while TPU is better in resilience and elongation break, besides, TPU products can be welded and jointed while thermoset one cannot. Extruded polyurethane profile is made of TPU granules by extruder. They can be packed in rolls or cut to your dimensions.
