Polyurethane wheels are widely used in almost every industry such as automation, AGV material handling, logistics and transportation.

According to function, we are capable of making heavy duty wheels, conveyor wheel, idler wheel, drive wheel, guide wheel, support wheels, pressure/pinch wheels and feed wheels. According to application, we can fabricate Zero-Crush Wheels, AGV / Stacker Wheels, Flume Ride Wheels. According to shape, three are V-groove wheels, U-groove wheels, radius wheels and dual durometer urethane wheels

As we have manufactured ten thousands of polyurethane wheels since 1996, we gained much experience of sandblasting, surface cleaning, adhesive spraying and casting. We build up a tight operation procedures to control over 15 procedures of bonding process. Most of surface pre-treating procedures are operated manually instead of machine to assure fully treatment. Wheels up to 1.250 meter in diameter can be processed in our state of the art machining facility, besides, they will be post cured in our long and big ovens.
